Our staff are our greatest asset and how they feel at work matters.
This People Strategy is one of our most important documents; it underpins everything that we do and places people at the heart of our work.
This strategy outlines our approach to people management and people development. It sets out how we will support and develop our staff to ensure they are able to give their best in the demanding and skilled roles in which they work.
The Strategy has four strands as follows:

Include and engage - this strand details how we will engage with our staff across all schools and roles, ensuring everyone is included and feels that their contribution is valued

Develop and support – we will ensure that training and development opportunities are available to everyone and are tailored to their individual needs and career goals

Attract and welcome – here we develop means to attract and recruit the best staff and ensure their smooth integration into the Trust
